Iris Delgado

Operating Income 

Starting at UNIFIED PARKING SERVICE right out of high school, Mrs. Delgado’s first position with the company started out as a Receptionist.  Receptive to all that came to her and her willingness to learn had her move to the Human Resources Department and eventually to the Operating Income Department.  Ms. Delgado handles the various operatational transactions arising from the various parking facilities.  She is in direct contact with Area Supervisors, Regional Managers and parking operators.  Having work her way up in the company puts her in a unique position to understand several levels of the organization and the contribution that each team member brings forward.  Connecting operations with technology, Mrs Delgado serves with a smile, listens to operational difficulties transforming them into new plans of actions, and while performing these duties, she takes the time to address each parking operator as a Most Valuable Player.  When asked what has been the impact of UNIFIED PARKING SERVICE, Inc., on her personal life? Mrs. Delgado responded:  “As time has gone by, I can honestly say that my experience and level of knowledge acquired at UNIFIED, has given me the confidence to succeed at anything I put my mind to”.
