Mike Sabet,

Founder and President of Unified Parking Service, Inc.

Mike first became of service in 1978.  With a one-contract operation to help pay his college education, Mr. Sabet first connection with the parking industry was through VPS Inc.  Through his initial exposure, he soon became familiar with the different aspects of the parking business and believes that “on-Street” parking was perhaps the most valuable concept he acquired during his beginnings at the “Chinese Dragon” Restaurant on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.  Upon graduation and becoming an Industrial Engineer, Mr. Sabet set out to find his life journey in the engineering world and the restaurant industry without letting go of his few parking leases.  It was not too long before deciding for the parking industry to be the path Mr. Sabet would follow, the decision was indeed not a hard one.  During his adjusting years, the influx of parking income had never stopped.  It was easy to notice that with more time invested towards parking and his increasing parking skills, the parking future offered a profitable option.  UNIFIED PARKING SERVICE, Inc., became an incorporation in 1987 and since, the company has grown to become a larger concept than ever imagined by Mr. Sabet.  Whether infield, outfield or in connection with landlords or property owners, respect and communication, Mr. Sabet believes, play a major role to make all things fall into place.  Today, UNIFIED PARKING SERVICE, Inc., stands strong and looking ahead.  A team, encompassed by a diverse population, remains faithful to the original mission of 1978:  ”Commitment to Quality Service”.
